About this blog
I have always had a great love for the Book of Mormon. I first read it all the way through when I was a senior in high school and its teachings have helped me through the ups and downs of life. It testifies that Jesus is the Christ, the Savior and Redeemer of the world. Together with the Bible and modern revelation we can know who we are and why we are here. While serving a mission in the Netherlands and Belgium, I studied the Book of Mormon frequently and fervently. It was at this time that I first noticed "mottos" within its pages. I started putting boxes around them so that they would stick out and be easy to find. They have inspired me on many occasions. Originally I thought about writing a book about them, and someday I just might, but for now I thought it would be nice to start small and create a blog. I hope that you will find my thoughts uplifting and inspiring. Please forgive me for my inability to express myself well at times and for any human errors that I may make in my writings.
